Below are 3 examples of the type of video you may choose to create.  Think back to activity 2-3-C.  Your commands will be a mix of tú, Ud., and nosotros forms and must include a variety of affirmative and negative delivery with pronouns.  Your video doesn't have to have graphics like below, it can just be you on camera like the Tedx Youth video or use a Google Slide deck with images that you narrate and record in a Google Meet or other video platform. Remember, a healthy lifestyle includes a healthy mindset.  Consider taking an approach that is holistic.
